This is a gentle, full-body stretching class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall relaxation. Through a series of guided stretches, you will lengthen tight muscles, enhance range of motion and promote better posture. This class is perfect for relieving tension, increasing circulation and preparing your body for daily movement or more intense workouts. Suitable for all fitness levels.
