COVID-19 Updates:

To all Core Pilates clients,

I would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this difficult time.

As always, it is my priority to create an environment that is safe and peaceful for all. I have compiled numerous precautionary measures following CDC and New York State guidelines to ensure the safest experience while in the studio. The following list will include these protocols, as well as inform you on what to expect upon returning to the studio. Please familiarize yourself with these updates to ensure a smooth transition into your new studio experience.


  • Please bring minimal belongings to your session. 
  • Reservations for a session are mandatory. This includes all group classes. 
  • Only clients signed up for class will be allowed in the studio.
  • Please wait in your car until you are called/text messaged to enter the studio for your session. This will ensure minimal occupancy in the studio.
  • Upon entering the studio, you must wash your hands with soap and water. Your temperature will also be taken.
  • Once you have been checked in, your instructor will guide you to your apparatus.
  • Masks will be mandatory for the entire session, they will not be provided. Bandanas and neck gaiters are not allowed.
  • Please be courteous to all in the studio and practice social distancing as effectively as possible.
  • As always, clients are required to disinfect their apparatus at the completion of the session. A 15 minute time frame between classes has been added to the schedule for instructors to perform an additional disinfection for each piece of equipment.
  • All areas outside of the studio space will be disinfected several times throughout the day.
  • The changing room will be closed. Please come dressed for your session when possible. The studio bathroom and hallway bathroom will be available for use, however please be considerate of the strict time schedule. 
  • Water, towels and toiletries will not be offered at this time. Please prepare for this. You may bring your own bottle of water to keep next to your apparatus during your session.


  • Reservations for a session are mandatory. This includes all group classes.
  • Please make all payments online for class packages when possible.
  • Cancellation Policy: All sessions and classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for the session/class. There will be no penalization for cancelling your session due to illness. However, please provide this information as soon as possible so class openings and schedules can be adjusted accordingly.
  • Confirming your appointment: Confirmations for all sessions (tower, mat, private, duet, trio, buff bones, and yoga) are mandatory. If you do not confirm your session within 24-hours, you will lose your spot in class. Confirmation reminders are sent via email. Please understa-nd this policy must be enforced in order to operate the studio accordingly. 
  • Class sizes: All Tower and Mat, Buff Bones and Yoga classes are limited to 5 spots.
  • You will be required to sign a ‘Risk and Waiver of Liability’ form at your first session back in the studio.

These precautions and policies will be adjusted as needed and you will be informed of any further updates via email and social media outlets.
