How do I begin and What is Pilates?
If you are new to the Pilates method we highly recommend and encourage you to start with our Introductory Package of four Private sessions so that your instructor gets to know and understand your fitness needs in a one on one setting.
Then we will confidently place you in classes that will both challenge your mind and body to reach your fitness goals.

The Pilates Method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and core strengthening exercises for a complete body workout. The Method strives to teach clients how to make mind-body connections in order to create a strong and streamlined form. Clients learn to move their bodies from the core, while increasing flexibility and toning muscle. Concentration is the key element to connecting your mind and body. Add this to muscle control, precision and flow of movement and breath and you have the ingredients that make up Pilates.
